You will provide administrative support to the team, but also be responsible for a growing number of project management topics.
The scope of team support will be primarily in the areas:
Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings
Book travel and accommodation for the team as required
Light PA support to Team Leader as needed – meeting coordination and admin support
Within project management, you will closely work with the team on various tasks to coordinate all ongoing project and the various Siemens external partnership.
Skills:
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as team assistance.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related disciplines.
You are willing to work independently in your area of responsibility but are strongly team-minded in a dynamic work environment.
Fluent computer skills, including office applications e.g. word processing, spreadsheet and presentations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Business communication in English and Thai, written and spoken.
