Key Responsibilities:
Customer Behavior and Market Trend Research:
- Conduct in-depth research on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes
Concept Ideation and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative product concepts from insights
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Support Sales Engagement Marketing Plan and Optimization Strategy:
- Collaborate with partners’ sales teams and partners to develop and execute marketing strategies for key sales and acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure designed KPI are met and provide insights for campaign successes and areas for improvement, utilizing data to make informed recommendations.
Skills:
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting:
- Proficiency in planning customer segmentation and targeting strategies for effective marketing campaigns.
- Customer and Marketing Research:
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research to enhance product concepts based on customer understanding.
- Proficient in market research for target audience insights and campaigns mechanic and media usage
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years or more experience in marketing strategy or customer experience strategy, preferably in consulting agencies or banking environments.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication Design, Industrial and Experience Design.
- Master's degree in marketing, Data, or Business Strategy is favorable.
