Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute offline marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and workshops. This includes venue selection, vendor management, and coordination of logistics
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes. Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of event and partnership goals with overall business objectives
Manage the inventory of event supplies and promotional materials
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related are
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as required by event
