Job Description
Business Performance Analysis:
- Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis using various sources of data.
- Translate analysis findings and personal insights into actionable recommendations for business reviews and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with senior team members to assist in segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for different travel portfolios.
- Identify customer pain points, media consumption habits, challenges, and concerns.
- Provide valuable insights on customers, markets, and levers for effective marketing initiatives.
- Actively liaise with various stakeholders to define marketing support requirements, including channels and business development needs.
- Generate custom analyses to uncover business trends, identify opportunities, and support key business initiatives.
Competitor Analysis and Market Trends:
- Collect and analyze data on competitors' products, services, marketing strategies, and pricing tactics.
- Identify competitors that pose significant threats to our company's growth and profitability.
- Research competitors' customers, demographics, buying habits, and psychographics.
- Monitor industry trends and research future technologies and government policies that may impact our business operations.
- Identify potential market opportunities and risks to our business model.
Communication and Presentation:
- Prepare comprehensive presentations for upper management summarizing market research findings and recommendations.
- Effectively communicate market trends and industry predictions to drive informed strategic decisions.
Able to lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)
- Execute end-to-end campaign activities including:
- Define campaigns: audience, messages, channel mix, objectives & activities
- Execute campaign and build a compelling story to the customer
- Monitor performance of the campaign & optimize post mortem of the campaigns
- Identify and execute revenue levers and conversion rate optimization through pricing and promotion (within constraints)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Graduate of any college degree with up to 2 years working experience
- Have experiences in e-commerce, online marketing, retail/ investment banking, management consultancy is preferred
- Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
- Good analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
- Strong communication, collaboration skill, and ability to work well in an international team environment
