Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and roadmap for FutureSkill's B2B platform aligning with business goals

- Immerse yourself in the corporate L&D space through market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis

- Gather requirements from HR leaders, L&D professionals, managers, and employees to build a robust suite of HRD tools

- Prioritize features based on business impact, technical constraints, and customer feedback

- Partner with engineering, design, and content teams throughout the full product development lifecycle

- Launch new products and features while ensuring a seamless user experience across FutureSkill's platform 

- Establish KPIs, metrics, and feedback loops to continuously optimize the product for growth and engagement

- Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans to drive product adoption with enterprise clients

Requirements:

- 3+ years product management experience, preferably in EdTech, HRD, HCM or related B2B SaaS domain

- Deep understanding of corporate learning, professional development, and talent management needs

- Skilled at defining requirements, creating user stories, and communicating technical concepts

- Expertise in data analysis and leveraging metrics to guide product strategy

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

- Experience introducing innovative monetization models like marketplace dynamics a plus 

- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
