Procurement Administrator

What you'll Do:

• Perform supplier management from registration, sourcing, selection, negotiation, evaluation and contract management
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedule and conduct supplier evaluation process
• Handle payment process to suppliers by ensuring invoice verification, proof of delivery, reconciliation with matching and performing goods receipts
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers, database
• Coordinates all activities related to procurement with internal and external
• Collaborative with team members, stakeholders and deliver the output as desired goals
• Initiative cost saving project, deliver as agreed and report in a timely manner

What you'll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Management/Marketing or related background
• 1+ years of experience in procurement, or purchasing field
• Good knowledge and understanding of procurement processes including software and tools
• Positive attitude and a fast-learner
• Exceptional ability to deal with a variety of people and situations
• Exceptional negotiation skills and high flexibility
• Self-motivated and result-oriented and opened mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with good writing skills in Thai
• Fair communication skills with good listening skills in English
• Ability to maintain the highest personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and integrity
