Personal Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative assistance to the senior management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, screening calls, and managing inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for the management team.
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and other company activities.
- Other requests from the management order.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the retail industry, is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Have a driver's license.
