Responsibilities

• Manage paid media marketing to ensure campaigns effectiveness across business touch points including search, acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Regularly monitor and analyze key commercial/marketing metrics on a daily basis to drive media and campaign optimization
• Identify the parameters to track performance, develop tracking dashboards, and analyze key opportunities/ bottlenecks for improvement plan
• Execute A/B testing in order to achieve maximum investment efficiency 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Stay up-to-date with the market movement to deliver a competitive market analysis with key implications for the business
• Assist marketing team with content strategy based on performance analysis
• Support other projects as requested

Requirements

• Work experiences in areas of internet marketing, retail or FMCG marketing
• Hands-on experience in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Twitter ads, LINE ads, and MMP tools
• Strong quantitative, analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data visualization tool is a plus)
• Project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in Thai and English
• Enjoy fast-paced environment and a good team player
• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
