Own strategy and execution for all paid social campaigns across various social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc) for APAC countries
Working cross functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch and track high-impact ad hoc/evergreen campaigns driving user acquisition and re-engagement
Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments & incrementality tests, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current channel performance, consequently improving marketing-mix and business practices
Measure, analyze and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning
Stakeholder management across different countries and teams, striving to develop or further improve existing processes
What you need to be successful
Minimum 2 years experience in Social Performance Marketing (App & Web)
Advanced knowledge of Online Advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Smartly, Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer etc)
You have a proven track record of working at well-funded Internet companies and have experience with budget allocation and optimization
Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV
Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills
An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus
Excellent verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
Proactiveness and ownership is a key to this role
