Responsible for Front of House teams, Food & Beverage, Wellness, Housekeeping and Security.
Supports Executive Director with overall operations of The Aspen Tree as needed, including Healthcare Operations as and when required.
Incorporates client and residents’ satisfaction as a key component of daily operations with an emphasis on generating innovative ways to continually improve results.
Reviews clients and residents’ feedback with leadership team and ensures appropriate corrective action taken.
Responds to and handles client and residents’ problems and complaints.
Stays visible and interfaces with clients and residents on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
Analyzes service issues and identifies trends to ensure highest level of quality.
Ensure all staff is effectively trained and have the tools and equipment needed to carry out their job functions.
Oversees the overall operations and performance of The Aspen Tree.
Monitors Residences operations sales performance and Sales & Marketing initiatives.
Responsible for residential services revenues and Profit & Loss analysis and the implementation of corrective measures to optimize financial performance.
Reviews reports and financial statements to determine overall Residences operations performance.
Coaches and supports operations team to effectively maximize operational financial results.
Works with Executive Director to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and leads its execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
Proven record on client satisfaction and quality performance.
5 years in luxury full-service hotel or residence with a senior leadership operations role such as Hotel or Resident Manager.
Excellent communication skills being tactful and with excellent vocabulary and verbal and written skills.
An expert and resourceful in problem solving within a complex operation.
Track record of successful experience in dealing with high profile clients.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple demands concurrently.
Excellent leadership skills and team building capability.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
