    Operational Risk Management (ORM)

    Position Details

    Job Scope:

    • Can act as subject matter expert for the knowledge fields within ORM and associated risk disciplines in the ORM work field.
    • Assist Head of ORM in developing, communicating and driving the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Statement, Operational Risk Management policies and minimum standards.
    • Prepare end-to-end ORM procedural, manual, and training materials.
    • Execute the planned ORM initiatives including new projects and ORM system & tools.
    • Risk monitoring by ensuring the incident reporting & response process, Key Control Testing process, performing the gatekeeper role, and performing Quality Assurance on control testing works.
    • Coordinate with the other CORM functions, BORMs, Legal, Finance, Compliance to ensure Bank-wide risk profile is kept within the risk appetite of the Bank.
    • Assist Head of ORM in challenging and advising BU/SU on the operational risk of the Bank through ORM tools: RCSA, KRI, KCT, incident, action tracking, new product & outsourcing risk assessment process and project management.
    • Take initiative in locating and escalating on the operational risks within the Bank.

    Qualifications;

    • Preferably 3-5 years working experience in operational risk, internal audit or related fields of financial institutions.
    • Knowledgeable in in the operational risk area.
    • Project management experience is a plus.
    • Sound analytical capabilities, proven problem-solving skills and judgment skills.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written both in English.
    • Strong leadership and initiatives.
    • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
