Design and execute a development program for PTTEP talent and management group
Develop and implement management development and talent management systems, tools, and programs by designing a holistic development program to groom PTTEP talent
Prepare career histories and related information (e.g., career interests, leadership potential inventory, assessment results, etc.) to support management appointments, rotations, and promotions.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any fields
Experience in HR at any field at minimum 5 years and interest in HR Development
HR knowledge and experience is advantage but not necessary if you are eager to learn
Comfort and ability to work with Executive and Management
Creative and initiative
Excellent command of written and spoken English (TOEIC = 750 at minimum)
