Motion Graphics

Job description:

• Design and animate motion graphics videos to promote and showcase company products and features.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand key messaging and ensure that motion graphics align with the overall campaign objectives.
• Create high-quality animations, from concept to final production, using industry-standard software.
• Develop visually appealing, on-brand motion graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal presentations.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of motion design across all visual materials.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in motion graphics design, animation, and video production.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Use Figma and Adobe After Effects to create compelling visuals and animations.
• Integrate Lottie animations (a plus) to enhance digital experiences and improve performance for mobile/web apps.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role in a creative agency or in-house design team.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Required)
• Familiarity with Lottie, Figma animations and integration is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion design, animation, and video production.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take creative direction from various stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present your design concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in product design, visual design, interaction design, art, media, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work in video editing or motion graphic or relevant
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Experience in creating animations for mobile applications and websites.
• A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute original ideas.
