Design and animate motion graphics videos to promote and showcase company products and features.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand key messaging and ensure that motion graphics align with the overall campaign objectives.
Create high-quality animations, from concept to final production, using industry-standard software.
Develop visually appealing, on-brand motion graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal presentations.
Ensure the consistency and quality of motion design across all visual materials.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in motion graphics design, animation, and video production.
Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Use Figma and Adobe After Effects to create compelling visuals and animations.
Integrate Lottie animations (a plus) to enhance digital experiences and improve performance for mobile/web apps.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role in a creative agency or in-house design team.
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Required)
Familiarity with Lottie, Figma animations and integration is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion design, animation, and video production.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take creative direction from various stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present your design concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in product design, visual design, interaction design, art, media, computer science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work in video editing or motion graphic or relevant
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Knowledge of 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Experience in creating animations for mobile applications and websites.
A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute original ideas.
