Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and develop team to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand identity and standards.
Oversee the visual presentation of food and beverages across all campaigns (photo, video, in-store, social media).
Work closely with marketing, branding, production, photography, RD teams, and agencies to concetualize and execute shoots.
Plan and oversee all styling projects, including timeline, budgeting, sorucing of props/ingredients, and team coordination.
Stay updated with global food styling trends and bring fresh concepts to the table to keep the brand visually competitive.
Ensure consistency and excellence in all styled content, including seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
Other duties as assigned by management.
