Initiate new ideas to provide a money-can’t-buy experience through local and overseas events to increase agent productivity, agent satisfaction and ultimately to grow agency business
Stay up-to-date with event trends, digital and technology to create out-of-the-box ideas
Manage and lead an end-to-end process of virtual and physical agency events, from planning to execution, to support company’s key strategic initiatives
Work closely with event organizers/ vendors and internal team to ensure highest quality of execution and memorable experience
Collaborate with internal team and external media for event content and communication to create awareness and engagement prior, during and post event through various communication platforms
Plan, promote and produce an internal live broadcast to ensure key message delivery to the right target audience as well as manage a re-run program via AIA communication platforms
Monitor and collect feedback and suggestions for future events improvement
Prepare and manage agency event calendar, event budget and other administrative works
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration and related field
Minimum of 5-year experience in Event Marketing, Brand Activation, Sales & Marketing and financial industry is preferred.
Strong in events planning and project management
Good understanding of digital and social media is a plus
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure with team spirit
