Job Summary
To build The PARQ brand identity, awareness, foot traffic, and revenue from marketing. With this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/partners to manage event marketing, promotion, and brand activation campaigns, casual leasing, as well as manage monthly marketing executions for The PARQ.
Job Description
- Brand Activation and Event Management: Creative Concept Development and Execution (for consumers, media, and tenants)
- Promotion campaign management: Approach and coordinate tenant for promotion campaigns.
- Casual leasing management: Propose the tenant mixed and approach targeted vendors to be approved for promotional event space, enhancing the retail experience with stimulating Pop-Ups, develop strategic plan to achieve the target, Set and monitor budget and target, as well as negotiating lease and barter agreements
- Sponsorship/ Partnership
- Media-barter campaign
- Visual merchandising and Premium Gift Production
- Manage Agencies and partners
- Work with team member to manage content to promote campaign
- Work with Legal and negotiate clients/partners/ vendors to get them signed agreement
- Student & customer visit
- Event survey & feedback
- Market & Competitive update
- Report: Monthly and Campaign report
- Participate in special project as assignment
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Event management, Retail Marketing, or other related fields
- At least 3-year experience in campaign management (promotion campaign and event marketing), event sales and marketing, marketing communication, sales coordination, or event organizer.
- Having experience and knowledge of retail industry will be a plus.
- Effective time management and Prioritization skills.
- Strong creative thinking skills
- Flexibility, Teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media, Mobile Applications or any digital tools to support event operation and/or campaign management.
- Possesses an attention to detail and Team management.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (written, verbal & visual)
