Logistics Manager

Task & Responsibilities

• Managing the flow of inventory between departments to ensure that sales are maximized and customer orders are fulfilled on time
• Supervising warehouse staff, including hiring new employees as needed, conducting performance evaluations, and training employees on job requirements
• Scheduling shifts for warehouse workers to ensure that product is stocked and shipped on time
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost

Who are we looking for?

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• You have outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.
• You have an intrinsic motivation to create and a hands on approach to getting things done.
• You are a structured person who are proactive in solving the root cause problem ahead of time.
• You are proficient in both Thai and English Language.
