Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and operation of machinery and tools used in production processes, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Analyze production workflows and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the production line in alignment with company goals.
• Design and manage production processes, monitor outcomes, and track progress to ensure targets are met.
• Regularly design and implement improvements for machinery and automation systems to maximize performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the integrity and efficiency of machinery and automation systems through ongoing evaluation and adjustments.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food production or related industries.
• Hands-on knowledge of GHP, HACCP, BRC, and HALAL standards will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership qualities with high levels of responsibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, and other similar programs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve on-the-spot challenges effectively.
