Lead non-complex projects on technical aspects and manage the project delivery together with cross functions.
Assist Technical Project Leader on developing ice cream formulation, ensure on product quality including product stability and regulation compliance.
Assist Technical Project Leader on conducting pilot plant trial, main plant trial and commissioning.
Conduct testing for new / alternative raw material approval.
Ensure formulation compliance with Unilever R&D Functional Excellence standards, Consumer Safety Framework, Best Proven Practices and country regulation.
Document preparation including specification, formulation for FDA registration, Halal application and Artwork development.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
Batchelor ‘s degree in food science, food technology or related field.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in foods product development.
Good command of English.
Good analytical skill and logical thinking.
Planning and organization of assigned tasks.
Effective working with Virtual Teams.
