Officer - R&D

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, food engineering, production engineering, chemistry, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in R&D from food manufacturing, New graduate are welcome (For R&D New Ingredients position)
• Good knowledge of process development in food industry and can adjust the machine for production process
• Experience in carbohydrate or protein technology and have lab skills are preferable
• Strong in communication skills, problem-solving, well-organized, logical mindset, and leadership
• Good command of written and spoken both of Thai and English
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail)
• Be able to work upcountry

ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Research and develop NPD concepts, prototype, and improve new products from new ingredients.
• Develop and define process design, key process parameter settings and new production technology for development of new product.
• Conduct pre-launch production (pilot scale) of new products and process in collaboration with production and related department.
