Job description:

• Work directly with the People Team head and Business Team heads to identify people related issues, propose relevant solutions, and carry out solutions end-to-end
• Work on a variety of challenging and impactful People projects with a focus on business partnering, organizational design and development, and disciplinary procedures.
• Transform high-level People strategies into ground-level execution. Customize project plans and implementation, assisting team leads in all kinds of organizational changes from the most critical People projects to daily operations.
• Establish and manage strong relationships and engagement with staff at all levels. Be a trusted partner that staff are willing to reach out proactively for consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university
• Over 4-5 years of working experience
• Experience in HR, particularly business partnering, organizational design and strategy, discipline, and/or compensation
• Strong problem solving and adaptability
• Strong communication in both Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Strong project management
• Direct experience managing a team/talents
• Strong business sense
• High passion in games
