Head of UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in building and leading UX/UI design team with a strong ability to inspire team.
• Be able to strategically and effectively use insights information to address on how better user experience can positively impact businesses.
• Establish design standards and processes that ensure consistency and quality across all digital products and platforms.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Lead the design of user experiences from concept through execution, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Collaborate and work closely with all key stakeholders, including product owner, business, developer, and other teams to deliver the best-in-class user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in interaction design, graphic design, computer science, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
• Proficient in graphic design software and programs such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Have analytical mind with experience using data analytic tools and techniques to analyze user’s behavior.
• Possession of excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Experienced in digital platform design, mobile application and responsive web design
• Experienced in banks and non-banking financial institutions in the areas of credit card or eKYC is a plus.
