Manage sale activities to achieve sale target for both new and existing shopping centers
Acquire the new potential tenant partners and offer leasing space by negotiating pricing and closing the deal
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenant partners for a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix and proactively pursuing exciting and unique concepts
Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners and distributors
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Tenant service teams for sales, zoning and merchandising mixed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields
Minimum 10 years’ experience in property leasing, sale or business development
Experience working in shopping center or commercial retail required
Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal
Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results
