Create strategies and business plans for data monetization, data utilization, life cycle data management with the goal to enhance tenant sales and shopper experience.
Understand business use cases to design and develop analysis, reports, dashboards that aim for data monetization
Ensure that the necessary data analysis tools, platforms and technologies are available to process and visualize data effectively, supporting the decision-making process
Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality
Develop ‘flexible’ dashboards with great visualization for various departments and management levels. Ensure automation of regular dashboards/reports
Document the projects and programs’ data architecture and environment in order to maintain a current and accurate view of the larger data picture for single source of truth
Lead the team of Data Analysts and BI Analysts
Qualifications:
At least seven years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics fields.
Proficiency in BI tools, SQL and Python. Experience with a cloud data warehouse environment.
Business minded. Understand how data might be used for management and working-level staff to understand business position and be able to make informed decision.
Commercial minded. Ability to find ways to monetize/utilize data to enhance revenue and customer experience.
Experience with Data, AI and its applications.
Passionate technologist, keen to keep pace with the latest technologies and continuously refine your skills.
Self-assured communicator, confident and impactful as a leader
Experience in real estate and/or retail industry is a plus.
