Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Proactively understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to tailor solutions and exceed expectations.
- Foster open communication and collaboration, ensuring clients are informed and engaged throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strategically promoting Jenosize's full suite of marketing and technology solutions.
Business Development & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities within your client portfolio.
- Present Jenosize's solutions effectively, demonstrating the value proposition and competitive advantages to secure new projects and expand client relationships.
Project Management & Execution:
- Manage assigned client projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, customer success) to deliver seamless project execution.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress and key updates transparently to clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
Industry Expertise & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and technology trends, ensuring your knowledge aligns with Jenosize's innovative solutions.
- Be a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
- Identify and champion new technologies and solutions that can enhance client value and Jenosize's competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management or a related B2B sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing and technology solutions relevant to Jenosize's industry focus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to understand client needs and measure success.
