Responsibilities
Identify business opportunity and new levers to hack the growth from marketing approach, applicable for some and/ or any business line (B2A, B2B2C, B2C) :
- Own, develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) plan & strategy for programs, products, serviceproducts and campaigns, including routetomarket and iterative reroute to market if necessary (stay sync with business line).
- Managing AARRR metrics (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue) at scale by maintaining the conversion within the funnel, and find the best formula to scale it up.
- Set up multiple touch points within the AARRR funnel (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue) and reiterate the experimentations to find a bestfit approach.
- Own, define and set up measurable metrics and tracking methods for any related growth-marketing activities: marketing activation, campaigns, coupons, program and the marketing budget.
- Collaborate closely, synergize and stay sync with marketing team for any marketing related items: visuals, contents, campaigns, programs, T&C development, product launch, etc.
- Ensure, evaluate and re-iterate improvement process of the effectiveness of marketing communication channel reachability and deliverability to the audience.
- Data-driven analysis with multidimensional perspectives to validate assumptions, hypotheses, and measure successes. Crafting strategies from the analysis, provide actionable insights and learnings to foster further growthmarketing process and to support business acumen from marketing perspective.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to marketing, management, product and business leaders, and other crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Be the gatekeeper and project management lead for major marketing projects, improvements, enhancement those drive significant increments (endtoend).
- Be at the cutting edge of intermediary between the business line stakeholders to make sure everything is on track, problem solving for any blockers and speed up the process.
- Keep abreast and stay up to date with the latest marketing-approach best practices in the industry, adapt, fitting and implement it if needed
Qualifications
- More than 3 years proven experience in a fast paced evolving industry/ tech start up.
- Having experience (>2 years) in digital marketing and performance marketing would be a plus.
- Proven experience in maintaining conversion at scale would be a plus point.
- Having an entrepreneurial and growth mindset with strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with project management tools (timeline, checklist, Asana/ Marketo/ Trello/ Jira/ Favro/ etc.)
- Proven able to translate generic grand brief into successful execution and business deployment.
- An enabler, self-starter, reliable, know-how-player and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Core Skill Sets: problem solver, project management, business analysis, go-to-market strategy.
