Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, launch, and manage performance-driven media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, data, etc.) to ensure alignment on campaign goals and creative assets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform and refine campaign strategies.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends, digital analytics, digital platform updates, and media best practices to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.
Optimization & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, ad copy, bids, and budgets to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- A/B test various elements of the campaigns, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve results.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Lead in the setup of media tracking and analytics to accurately measure campaign effectiveness across all platforms.
- Analyze data from campaigns and performance media tools to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and improvement for ongoing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with data teams to measure the impact of campaigns on business goals and to ensure accurate tracking of all conversions.
ROI and Budget Management:
- Manage marketing investment and media spend efficiently to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.
- Forecast and report on performance against set budgets and KPIs.
- Manage media payment and invoicing process with procurement and media partners, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of media spend, tracking of invoices, and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Serve as the main point of contact, leading marketing budget planning and tracking in collaboration with the finance team and other marketing units.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) in a performance marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and media optimization.
- Proficiency in media buying tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to report on campaign performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in the financial industry, specifically in banking, loans, credit cards, or insurance is highly desirable.
