Main responsibility is to the Freight Forwarding, (Air Export)
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
Processing Export Documentation including ocean bills of lading, invoice, etc.
Ensure on-time delivery of customer’s and carriers’ document.
Support & co-operate with customers, operations, and oversea offices to follow up import - export shipments.
Cooperate with operation/ customer service/ accounting department in solving daily operational problems.
Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Coordinate tasks on the shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, governmental filings, executing delivery, ensuring proper invoicing, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Thai National only)
Minimum 1-3 years of Global Forwarding experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
