Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of service.
Assist with setting up the Bittersweet/ Lobby Lounge, including table arrangements and preparation for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lobby Lounge at all times.
Monitor guest needs and proactively attend to requests to ensure a positive experience.
Assist in handling guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be fluent in Thai; English language skills are a plus.
Team player with a keen attention to detail.
