Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Thai National)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry department
• Train and supervise housekeeping attendants and team leaders
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor in an international hotel
• Proficiency in English and computer skills, including MS Office, email, and Opera
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
