    Position Details

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the Director as needed.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with timely and professional responses.
    • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal staff, as well as external contacts, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
    • Distribute materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared, organized, and available ahead of time.
    • Support the Director’s cultivation activities by serving a VIP liaison, ensuring a positive experience for guests and dignitaries.
    • Assist the Art Administrator in maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, contact lists, and document archives.
    • Collaborate with human resources on the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
    • Assist the Art Administrator in organizing the library books and related materials, both physically and digitally.
    • Provide assistance for the Director’s guests and other VIPs visiting the museum and other Dib-associated companies.
    • Manage visitor access to our exhibitions and programs as needed.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
    • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
    • Fluency in Thai and English.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an art-related or cultural organization.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for the arts and a commitment to supporting cultural enrichment of people is a plus.
