Sales Administration (Support Marketing)
Responsibilities:
1.General affairs for EC operation; Process invoices from vendors
Process purchase orders from vendors to complete deliveries
Support stock management at vendor’s warehouse
Support sales figures visualization by formatting and inputting sales data
Support gathering information form others
Other required assignments
2.General affairs for Department
Manage fixed assets
Manage office supplies by cooperating with GA and IT teams
Other required assignments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or High vocational in Marketing, Business, Accounting or related field.
Experiences at shortest, 3 years of sales administrative. (experiences in food industry, FMCG or private company will be advantage)
Able to plan and manage operation task with a strategic mindset; setting clear priorities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that each step of the project contributes to long-term success.
Ability to do advanced of excel, word and power point (basic).
Collaboration mindset to build teamwork with department team members and related internal/external parties
Proactive, Self-Motivation, Initiative, High Responsibility, Good Coordination, Fast Learner, Planning.
Advance in English (Speaking and Writing).
