Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for C-level executives, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any necessary visas or travel documents
Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, meeting arrangements, and contact information, ensuring executives are well-prepared for trips
Expense Management: Manage and process travel-related expenses, including verifying receipts, coding expenses accurately, and submitting reimbursement requests in a timely manner
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies, providing guidance to executives on allowable expenses and documentation requirements
Communication Hub: Serve as a point of contact for executives during travel, handling last-minute changes, emergencies, and other travel-related issues effectively
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with a focus on travel and expense management.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial transactions and expense reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and external contacts both in Thai and English.
