E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency and develop strategies for the platform's advertising.
- Ads optimization to reach target audience in Shopee, Lazada and related channels.
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor advertising performance, proactively identify emerging trends and issues, and develop strategies to address them.
- Create and maintain sales data reporting/dashboards to share with leadership. Reporting cadences include daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc updates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years’ working experience in e-commerce with marketplace knowledge is preferred.
-Fresh graduate is welcomed (fast learner)
- Analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as platform’s tools and Excel
- A passion for analytics and a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and advertising.
- Good command of Thai and English
