Lead and manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including;
Collaborate with brand and digital team to drive the Shopee & Konvy platform success and lead the execution of integrated marketing plan in order to drive sales.
Platform solution & initiative: Negotiate with platforms to gain best resources for the brand via analysing and identify business challenges & maximize platform solutions
Sales & Promotions: Work with Trade marketing team to develop channel strategy and promotion plan
Aftersales service: Coordinate with Call Center when issue related eCom functionality and Fulfilment partners arise
eCom Operation process: Lead new process planning & rollout. Oversee day-to-day operation
Your Profile
Overall 3 years of working experience in e-commerce; both e-commerce market place platform and social eCommerce platform.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display and Affiliate marketing
Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
ENGLISH skill: good in reading and writing
Interpersonal personal skill: Opened minded and energetic person
Problem solving skill: Be able to provide alternative solution that more efficient
Passion in beauty and skincare business.
