Create Business Development strategy of Solar business (Solar Rooftop & Solar Farm)
Identifies new opportunities and develop innovative strategies to support business expansion and operations goals positively ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales develops specific customer strategies and campaign plans, driving leadership in their execution
Directs and coordinates manufacturing activities based on policies, objectives and programs spanning manufacturing functions develops project strategy, project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, quality and change controls.
Manages all elements of solar sales process and aftersales service to solar projects.
Researches energy market and competition on an ongoing basis, and provides a suggestion and recommendation to top management.
Establishes and manages relationships with stakeholders such as customers, shareholders, suppliers, and other related entities.
Engages in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigations, safety training, and project assessments.
Provides ongoing customer service, production monitoring, and coordinates maintenance of solar equipment
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master in Engineering
Minimum of 12 years experience in with the PV industry and familiarity with the solar energy market preferred
Organization and detail-orientation skills a must
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Strong track record in managing technical and financial asset operation
Demonstrated successful leadership and large project execution experience.
