You will create, plans and implement sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy, provide input to Business Units, Product Groups and Hub BU strategy, achieve sales performance targets in respect of both budgets and sales, project execution efficiency, include profit and lost in assigned area, volume and profit Selling products/services to customers, focus on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units.
You will establish sales targets, ensure sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed, identify opportunities at existing, potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for acquisition and allocate resources and coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals.
You will monitor and provide reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence, support the development of strong relationships with key customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and ensure efficient marketing communications.
You will ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price for sales and proper control the project execution costs and operation costs to ensure profitability, participate on negotiations of key contracts, agreement/alignment with supply factories on contract terms and conditions, positive cash flow through proper contract negotiation with customers and smooth execution/collection.
You will monitor client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams, identify, manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels, ensure on-time cash collection as per contract.
You will take ownership of the sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs, ensure integrity and trade compliant in sales activities, the execution of the projects in the assigned area according to agreed terms and conditions of the contracts in terms of schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, cost management and on-time cash collection through smooth and tight communication with supply factories and customers during project execution of not only contracts signed by the Local BU, but also direct supply contracts signed by factories with customers.
You will ensure proper implementation of CCRP tool, safety and integrity during project execution, (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, directed, coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Your Background
A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering are preferred.
More than 10 years of industrial sales experience.
Management experience is added value.
Knowledge of value-based selling, project management techniques, processes and tools.
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Strong leadership behavior.
Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
