- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a committed team to maintain optimal uptime of EV charging systems for charge point operators, addressing any fluctuations in order volume with precision.
- Advance Projects: Contribute to and occasionally lead the estimation, planning, and technical review of projects. Your expertise will be critical in project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.
- Deliver Customer-Centric Support: Provide consistent and reliable support to customers, both remotely and on-site, ensuring all service level agreement commitments are met. Be the go-to expert for resolving any issues that arise.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, or any relevant disciplines.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess at least 5 years of experience with proven track record in a diverse range of technical tasks, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and system evaluation, all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development Expertise: Experienced in handling Sales and Business development in eMobility, Automotive, Solar PV, O&G or related industry.
- Communication Maestros: Excellent proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) with effective communication skills.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated success in sales pitches, customer presentations, follow-ups, and closing deals to drive business growth.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Ready to travel and adapt to different environments.
