Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing work relating to Deo NPD with strong local consumer insight, including concept testing, CiiC test, formulation test etc
• Lead KV and Asset development relating to Deo NPD
• Keep track of Deo competitor NPD activities
• Work with the cross functional teams (Brand MKT, R&D, Integrated Planning, CSP) to ensure OTIF launches of Deos innovations in markets
• Work closely with BU Marketing team and manage alignment with BG

Qualifications:

• Very good at project management and managing complex networks.

Relevant Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in MKT; 
• Strong passion to craft ideas, concepts, packaging, design, deliver mixes and bring the magic to innovations;
