Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and market dynamics.
- Lead market research efforts to gather customer insights, competitive analysis, market trends, and product opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s unique selling propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Establish clear team goals and KPIs that align with business objectives and monitor team performance.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a key brand advocate within and outside the organization, representing Mogu Mogu in various forums, presentations, and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Work closely with global counterparts to ensure brand consistency and share best practices.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation in marketing practices and strategies to adapt to changing consumer behaviors and technological advancements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new ideas and technologies into the brand strategy as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
