In this role, you’ll get to:
- Review & maintain policies, processes, and tools supporting Privacy & AI Governance Program
- Lead training & awareness initiatives
- Undertake Privacy & AI risk management/advisory initiatives, including regulatory change management activities, supporting privacy & AI risk assessments
- Upkeep, maintain, and improve privacy and AI controls
- Improve privacy & AI Governance program using data analytics (Metrics, Key Risk Indicators, Dashboards, Trend analysis)
- Provide project management support for specific privacy & AI Governance projects
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Foundational Knowledge: An interest in Data Privacy and AI Governance principles, with a willingness to learn about key Data Privacy Laws and frameworks such as GDPR, PDPA, AI Verify, and NIST
- Educational Background: A degree in law, risk management, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have relevant experience or a strong interest in these areas
- Proactive Attitude: A motivated, “All-Star” approach to achieving goals and completing tasks efficiently
- Continuous Learner: A growth mindset committed to ongoing learning and self-improvement
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or a willingness to quickly learn these tools
It’s Great if you Have:
- Passion for data privacy & technology
- 1 year or more of real-life work experience in Data Privacy, AI Governance, or related Risk or Compliance disciplines
- Good knowledge of Privacy Laws & frameworks (GDPR, PDPA, AI Verify, NIST, etc)
- Ability to execute at pace and multi-task in an agile environment
