Oversee and support business operations by coordinating through various business units and support units to reach an understanding within Company and its partners relating to personal data protection compliance
Legal and practical consultation/training for both business and support units
Record of Processing Activities (ROPA)
Policy and procedure modification
Data Protection Impact Assessment
Incident managements relating to personal data
Complaint handling
Liaison with relevant authorities
Assist in maintaining Data Governance Framework with technical teams to govern the data usage across business units
Plan and conduct the quality assurance assessment of personal data protection activities and prepare the reports and present findings to senior management
Responsible for other data protection-related responsibilities that may be announced, from time to time, by relevant authorities
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experiences
Comprehensive knowledge in personal data protection laws (Thai PDPA, GDPR) and other relevant regulations
Comprehensive understanding in privacy/personal data protection, technology, computer-related crime, and upcoming business trends relating to data from business perspectives
Adequate understanding in Data Governance Framework
Fluent in Thai and English communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
Detail-oriented that can coordinate across multiple teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with key stakeholders
Being able to work independently
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
