Data Governance Office (DGO)
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing a Data Governance Framework and strategy.
• Creating data policies and regulations for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Leading data governance initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and review Data Quality, Data Domain, CDEs (Critical Data Elements), Standards/ guidelines and relevant document
• Develop and review Data Security and Data Classification standards, guidelines, and relevant document
• Develop and manage Business and Technical Metadata
• Develop and improve data governance administration processes.
• Ability to manage Change Management to ensure data owners understand data requirements-related matters in their business units
• Collaborating with DPO, Risk Management, Security, and Compliance teams on regulatory requirements like PDPA/GDPR.
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate with related business units/ functions
• Manage Data issues and join the Data breach investigation
• Review and advise on data sharing to 3rd parties to approval protocol, data usage conditions, as well as data minimization practice
• Perform Task Assignment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Knowledge of data management, PDPA/GDPR
• Track record of data management or business-driven data governance practices implementation.
• Experience in writing or working with various documents such as policy, standard, procedure, and guideline
• Experience with data pipeline and data management tools
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in data governance or data management
• Good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
