Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, functionality, deployment, and software quality.
Document internal Knowledge Base for team collaboration related to technical issues and analysis.
Collaborate with the Software Development Team by reporting technical issues of the software and escalate any triage issues.
Investigate and add a unit test to the reported technical issues in the system.
Deep dive into the technical issues to find their root cause.
Ensure to meet customer expectations on the ticket process by the company Service Level Agreement
Be able to attend on a screen share records with the customers to debug the issue live or collect more data to pass to the development team for further investigation.
Skills & Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience as a Software Technical Support or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of software development principles and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of AWS and Azure cloud computing platforms.
Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
Strong knowledge or certification in cloud technologies (e.g, AWS Certified)
Experienced in xUnit or JUnit Tests.
Experienced with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Very strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux distros) and deployment targets (Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Google Cloud).
Experienced with configuring mobile support especially with complex runtime libraries involved
