Base Salary : 21,000+ค่าเดินทาง 150/วัน

Location : BTS ช่องนนทรี

Working hours : Mon-Fri 11.00-20.00

Job Description

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Communicating with customer through various channels

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

• Coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Comfortable using computers

• Experience in Customer service would be advantage
