    Position Details

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively engage with customers to ensure they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from the product/service
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points
    • Build strong relationships with customers and be their advocate within the company
    • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs
    • Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve products, services, and processes
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts


    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Leadership and self-motivation
    • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
    • Knowledge of the specific business domain (e.g., financial services, FinTech)
