Job Description
Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients/customers and maintain adequate appointment times.
To promote marketing activities to the public, our customers and our tenants and have an up-to-date knowledge and information of tenants, promotional events that is currently on offered at Shopping Center
Provide comprehensive information to our visitors including the latest promotional offers, event program.
Support and communicate with marketing team regarding any marketing activities, promotion, events, and redemption.
Responsible for lost & found and Parking E-stamp service for customers.
Develops and supports VIP membership at VIP lounge by providing and promoting information on membership benefits.
Key Qualification
Bachelor degree, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support in Shopping Center
