Position: Customer Service Staff

We Are Looking For:

An individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is eager to be a part of a leading retail company.

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male or female
• Age: Between 22 - 35 years old with Thai nationality
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experience in Retail Business will be an advantage
• Good personality and service-minded
• Good communication skills in English
• TOEIC score more than 500 will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Contact with each department to serve customer's needs
• Prepare and maintain equipment and facilities in the premier lounge and customer service counter
• Provide recommendations and execute the customer services such as issuing selling, charity vouchers, VAT Refund
• Involve in other sales promotion points, depository, lottery, stroller service
• Follow details of all promotions and provide accurate information to customers
• Provide customers with information about attractions, facilities, services, promotion, activities in/or outside the department store

-ให้บริการและประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการที่เคาน์เตอร์ Customer Service

-ให้ข้อมูล Layout ภายในห้างและบริเวณรอบนอกห้างกับลูกค้า

-ให้บริการ Lost&Found; และรับเรื่องร้องเรียนต่างๆ

-รับสมัครบัตรThe 1 card และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโปรโมชั่นต่างๆกับลูกค้า ติดต่อ สื่อสาร กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการให้ข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ได้รับการตอบรับที่ดีจากลูกค้า

· ปริญญาตรีสาขาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ผ่านงานบริการลูกค้า โรงแรม / สายการบิน / Reception มาก่อน)

· มีทักษะในการสื่อสารรวมถึงทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ

· มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดีและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย

· มีความรับผิดชอบและอดทน

· มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

· มีใจรักงานบริการและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

ฐานเงินเดือน 17,000-18,000 บาท ตามตกลง

ค่า Toeic(550คะแนนขึ้นไป) 80 บาท / วันทำงาน (1,920บาท/เดือน)

ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยง 80 บาท / วันทำงาน (1,920บาท/เดือน)

สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์

วันหยุด 1 วัน/สัปดาห์ ไม่หยุดตรงเสาร์ อาทิตย์ (วันหยุด 6 วัน/เดือน)

หากเดือนนั้นมีวันหยุดนักขัต จะได้วันหยุดเพิ่มตามจำนวนวันหยุดนักขัต (ไม่หยุดตรงกับวันนักขัต)

และปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ (09.30-18.30 น. และ 13.00-22.00 น.)
