Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bangkok as a Reservations Agent for Moon Holidays. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Additionally, the Reservations Agent will ensure that all reservations are completed efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy, while maintaining a professional phone etiquette and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Prior experience in reservations, customer service, or receptionist duties
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Possess a friendly and professional demeanor when handling customer inquiries and concerns
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Thai or other languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields
