    Customer Service Agent

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information regarding the process and status of insurance claims
    • Handle complaints, provide good solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution via, email, whatsapp, Livechat, etc.
    • Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
    • Assisting customers in filing claims, checking, and also guiding customers until claims are successfully processed.
    • Prepare claim reports and report related data, email, Livechat, Social Media. etc., to Supervisors and Managers.
    • Counsels prospects on coverage, limits, and regulations
    • Proactively identify and communicate ideas to improve customer satisfaction, processes, and team's engagement
    • Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules


    Qualifications

    • Minimum High School or Diploma from various majors.
    • Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working as Customer Service.
    • Having experience in the insurance or insurtech industry is preferred
    • Have experience handling Claims from customers / customers from submission to disbursement of funds
    • Have good verbal communication and problem solving
    • Willing to work with work schedule on Saturday/Sunday
