Provide accurate, valid, and complete information regarding the process and status of insurance claims
Handle complaints, provide good solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution via, email, whatsapp, Livechat, etc.
Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Assisting customers in filing claims, checking, and also guiding customers until claims are successfully processed.
Prepare claim reports and report related data, email, Livechat, Social Media. etc., to Supervisors and Managers.
Counsels prospects on coverage, limits, and regulations
Proactively identify and communicate ideas to improve customer satisfaction, processes, and team's engagement
Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules
Qualifications
Minimum High School or Diploma from various majors.
Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working as Customer Service.
Having experience in the insurance or insurtech industry is preferred
Have experience handling Claims from customers / customers from submission to disbursement of funds
Have good verbal communication and problem solving
Willing to work with work schedule on Saturday/Sunday
